What am I actually paying for?
Only the AI. Every course, every problem editorial, unlimited in-browser coding, and your personal lesson notes are free forever on every account, along with 2 free AI mock interviews and 5 AI tutor questions a month. Paid plans add a bigger monthly allowance of mock interviews, tutor questions, and complexity analyses — plus company-style interviewers; credit packs add extra mock rounds on top.
What are AI tutor questions?
Every lesson has an "Ask tutor" panel — a live AI tutor that answers questions grounded in that lesson's content, and lets you save any answer to your personal notes. Free accounts get 5 questions a month to try it; Standard includes 100 and Pro 300. Your own lesson notes are free and unlimited on every plan.
What are company-style interviews?
On paid plans you can ask the mock interviewer to run in the style of a specific company — Amazon, Google, Meta, Stripe, Netflix, or Uber. It calibrates how the interviewer probes (pacing, follow-ups, what "good" sounds like there) based on publicly known interviewing culture. Scoring stays identical to a generic session, so your progress comparisons stay honest.
Does my plan auto-renew?
No. A plan is a one-time payment for its period — monthly or annual. When the period ends you simply drop back to the Free tier unless you choose to buy again. There are no stored-card surprise charges.
What happens when I use up my monthly mocks?
Your allowance refreshes every month on your billing-cycle day. If you need more rounds before then, one-time credit packs top you up instantly — no plan change required.
Do mock credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase and work on any round type — DSA, low-level design, or system design.
Can I get a refund?
Try before you pay: the content is free and every account gets 2 free mocks a month, so you can judge the interviewer before spending anything. Because plans and credits unlock digital services that are accessed immediately, fees are generally non-refundable once used — except where the law requires it or something is materially defective. Cancelling stops the plan at the end of its paid period.
